Communication Agency Website
Website designed to highlight successes of the agency, while also growing the client base
Challenge
Roles: UX Designer, UX Researcher, UX Strategist, Data Structuralist
This project was a pretty straightforward ask: the agency needed a new website to better share what they do in a clean, branded way. Their old website was clunky, very busy, and quite dated in feel.
How I Did It
There were a couple of key things I want to make sure happened in this redesign: limit the use of color to give a clean/serious feel, add in very small flourish that provide personality to combat the sterility of the white (the our people page), and a few automations that show capabilities of the myself and the team I was making the website for.
This project is ongoing as I am also regularly updating the site to stay current, since this part of the agency’s brand. They get things done, don’t mess around with over the top graphics or fluff, and are always on top of what is happening in the world.

Results
A clean, modern website was made and is use by the agency.
What is more, my site went live in May 2024, and 2024 was the agency’s most productive year to date. There was nearly triple the amount of projects going at any given time than in 2023. The website was a huge factor in this, with new clients consistently talking about the website and “wanting something that feels good like your website” when they talked about their wants for their projects. Not to mention, I personally have grown my client list as a result of this website.
